I propose a workshop Cookie & Cream A super gourmet recipe with a chocolate cookie base and vanilla cream for poaching.

Designed for children from Ages 7 to 13This workshop will enable them to discover simple, fun techniques adapted to their age.

Workshop description:

You will learn to :

• • make a knockout cookie dough (very easy to adapt with other ingredients),
  • prepare a vanilla ganache,
  • use the piping bag to poach the vanilla cream,
  • decorate your pastry with gourmet toppings,
• Your child will leave with his or her creation and the recipe for reproducing it at home.
• Price for one child (up to age 13)
