This workshop is designed for duo adulte/enfant à partir de 6-7 ans, et jusqu’à 13 ans.
Workshop description
You will learn :
-
- à réaliser un appareil à macaron (meringue française) avec la technique de macaronage
- les astuces pour avoir des coques lisses et une belle collerette sur vos macarons,
- use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and filling,
- à monter correctement une ganache pour la pocher,
- à décorer vos macarons lapin.

- Votre enfant pourra exprimer sa créativité lors de la partie décoration
- Small groups for maximum quality: 4 duos maximum
