Votre enfant réalisera des cupcakes marbrés avec un cœur chocolat, le tout sublimé d’une crème à pocher à sa convenance !

This workshop is designed for children aged between 8 and 13.

On the program, your child will learn :

• à réaliser un appareil marbré végan,
• les astuces pour incorporer les ingrédients sans grumeaux et comment avoir un beau marbrage,
• comment s’organiser quand on pâtisse à la maison,
• à préparer un gel chocolat et une crème chantilly mascarpone,
• à pocher et à décorer ses cupcakes marbrés.

Votre enfant repart avec ses cupcakes marbrés et la recette.
