Adult Workshop – Gianduja Entremets

I propose a new Gianduja Entremets workshop, where you will make a gianduja entremets for 4 people step by step.

This workshop is open to beginners and more experienced pastry chefs aged 14 and over.

You will learn :

• to make a hazelnut dacquoise,
• to prepare a gianduja Bavarian cream,
• to make a praline crunch
• to assemble your entremets to professional standards
• to make a praline,
• to flock your entremets for a velvety effect.

You leave with your gianduja entremets and the recipe.

You can freeze it if you want to.

Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
