Adult workshop - Apple and hazelnut tart

It is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • how to make shortcrust pastry
  • to drive into a circle like a pro,
  • to make hazelnut cream and granny apple confit,
  • how to make and assemble a vanilla chantilly,
  • poach and decorate your tart as you wish (I offer several poaching options).
• You'll leave with your apple-hazelnut tart
• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
