Parent/Child Workshop – Coffin & Chocolate

Does your child love baking and want to go a step further by creating their own Halloween dessert?

This Coffin & Chocolate workshop combines indulgence, precision, and technique, and is designed for an adult/child duo. between 7 and 13 years old.

Workshop description:

On the agenda, you will learn as a duo:

• • to make a cocoa shortcrust pastry and a streusel (contains almond flour, contact me for a nut-free version),
  • to make a white chocolate skeleton,
  • to detail and build an edible coffin,
  • for piping and decorating desserts
• Your child leaves with his or her creations and the recipe.

A chocolate cream will already be prepared in advance to fit within the allotted time.

• Small group for maximum quality (maximum 4 duos per session).
• Price for 1 duo (1 adult + 1 child)
• Everything is provided, so all you have to do is reserve your place.
