Parent-Child Workshop – Mini Halloween Meringue Lemon Tart

Does your child love to bake and want to take it further by learning new techniques? This mini lemon meringue pie workshop will be full of learning (and flavors!)

Since it is Halloween week, there will be a little extra decoration to fit the theme!

Your child will make a shortcrust pastry, a lemon cream, and an Italian meringue with you, all while learning how to use a piping bag!

This workshop is designed for child between 7 and 13 years old.

Workshop description:

On the agenda, you will learn as a duo:

• • to make a shortcrust pastry,
  • how to make a zesty lemon cream
  • how to make an Italian meringue
  • to poach and decorate your mini Halloween lemon meringue pies
• Your child is leaving with their mini lemon meringue pies and the recipe
• Small group for maximum quality.
• Price for 1 duo (1 adult + 1 child)
