Parent-Child Workshop – Bear Macarons

Do you want to bake as a duo with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.) and make delicious chocolate bear macarons?

Cuteness, creativity, and treats await you!

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo for ages 6-7 and up to 13 years old.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • to make macarons (Italian meringue) using the macaronage technique
  • Tips for getting smooth shells and a nice "feet" on your macarons,
  • use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and filling,
  • to properly whip a ganache for piping,
  • to decorate your teddy bear macarons.

The little plus :

• Your child will be able to express their creativity during the decoration part
• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 duos maximum

🎁 You leave with your teddy bear macarons and the recipe to make them again at home!
