Adult Workshop – Reimagined Tart – Pistachio orange blossom

During this very delicious workshop, you will learn how to make a modern and refined tart that combines the subtlety of orange blossom and the indulgence of pistachio.

It is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn how to :

• crispy shortbread crust
• to line a tart ring with your shortcrust pastry
• a pistachio cream
• a pistachio ganache
• whipped orange blossom ganache
• poaching and dressing techniques for a professional look

A pistachio praline will be prepared in advance to fit within the allotted time.

• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
• You leave with your pistachio orange blossom tart for 4 people and the recipe.
