Atelier Parent Enfant - Snowman Macaroons

Would you like to bake a duo with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.) and make delicious snowman macaroons? I suggest a light vanilla cream, with optional lemon gel.

They're so cute, they'll be hard to resist!

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• create a macaroon base using the macarooning technique,
• all the steps you need to make a success of your macaroons,
• tips for smooth hulls and a beautiful collar,
• use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and filling,
• to make a lemon gel,
• to decorate your Christmas tree to your heart's content!

The little plus :

• you can choose the color of your macaroons
• the light vanilla cream will already be prepared beforehand, for even more deliciousness and sweetness!
• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 duos maximum

🎁 You'll leave with your macaroons and the recipe for making them again at home!
