Parent-Child Workshop – Pink October – Vanilla Raspberry Macarons

Would you like to bake macarons with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.) and make delicious vanilla raspberry macarons?

Cuteness, creativity, and treats await you!

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo for ages 6-7 and up to 13 years old.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • to make a macaron appliance (Italian meringue) using the macaronage technique,
  • Tips for getting smooth shells and a nice "feet" on your macarons,
  • use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and filling,
  • to properly whip a ganache for piping,
  • to make a raspberry compote,
  • to decorate your vanilla raspberry macarons

The little plus :

• Your child will be able to express their creativity during the decoration part
• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 duos maximum
