Atelier Parent Enfant - Blackcurrant and raspberry macaroons - Pink October

Would you like to bake a duo with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.) and make delicious cassis raspberry macaroons for Pink October? The blackcurrant & raspberry combination should please you if you like red fruit! Combined with an ultra-light vanilla cream, it's a match made in heaven!

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• create a macaroon base using the macarooning technique
• all the steps you need to make a success of your macaroons,
• tips for smooth hulls and a beautiful collar,
• use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and their filling
• to create a lively blackcurrant-raspberry combination

The little plus :

• you can choose the color of your macaroons
• a light vanilla cream will be prepared in advance, for even more sweetness and indulgence!

🎁 You'll leave with your macaroons and the recipe for making them again at home!

💰 Price for an adult/child duo (up to age 13)
