Parent and child workshop - Galette des rois Pomme

Hello galette fans! Welcome to this workshop that combines the crispness of puff pastry with the tartness of apples!

Together, you'll make a galette des rois in the shape of a green apple.

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7 to 13.

On the program, you will learn :

• how to make an express puff pastry with all the tips you need to turn your dough,
• to do a simple trick like the pros!
• to prepare an apple confit,
• correctly roll out your puff pastry and assemble your apple galette des rois,
• scratch and color your cake to bring it to life,
• to use up the scraps of your beautiful dough, so as not to spoil anything,
• tips for a shiny galette
