Workshop description:
You will learn :

- to make a soft biscuit,
- to make a raspberry insert,
- to make a vanilla bavaroise,
- to assemble your Christmas cookies (the technique of assembling entremets)
- to decorate and embellish your cookies.
It is possible to freeze them immediately after the workshop and to take them out for Christmas.
