I'm proud to present the cutest thing of the holiday season: Rudolph cabbages!
In this duo workshop for children up to 14 (one adult and one child), you'll learn how to make these sweet little reindeer (a quality pun, of course).
On the program, you will learn :
- To make a choux pastry the old-fashioned way - the recipe also applies to éclairs and gougères 😉
- Prepare a plain and cocoa cracker for beautiful choux,
- How to make chocolate antlers to decorate your Rudolph puffs
This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7.
