Hello galette fans! Between you and me, you're quite right, and it's a great way to start the year!
This workshop will immerse you in the crunch of puff pastry and the sweetness of almonds (no less!).
Your child will create an almond cream cake in the shape of lollipops! He'll be able to let his imagination run wild when it comes to decoration and shapes!
This workshop is designed for children aged between 8 and 13.
On the program, your child will learn :
- how to make an express puff pastry with all the tips you need to turn your pastry,
- to do a simple trick like the pros!
- to prepare an almond cream. In case of allergy, I can suggest another filling 😉
- how to correctly roll out puff pastry and assemble galette des rois lollipops
- use dough scraps to avoid wasting anything
- tips for a shiny galette
