Je profite de la période de Pâques pour vous proposer de confectionner votre propre œuf en chocolat garni grand format (20 cm de haut).

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • à tempérer du chocolat blanc,
  • à préparer et décorer votre moule à œuf avec plusieurs couleurs,
  • à réaliser un croustillant au gianduja et au riz soufflé, façon kinder country, en garniture de votre œuf,
  • à réaliser la friture chocolatée,
  • à assembler votre bel œuf en chocolat.

Vous repartez avec votre création : un grand œuf en chocolat garni de croustillant gianduja et de friture.

Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
