Workshop description

You will learn :

• à réaliser une meringue italienne,
• un appareil à macaron avec la technique de macaronage,
• all the steps you need to make a success of your macaroons,
• tips for smooth hulls and a beautiful collar,
• use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and their filling
• à réaliser une compotée de framboise et un crémeux passion.

• you can choose the color of your macaroons
