Je profite de la période de Pâques pour vous proposer de confectionner votre propre œuf en chocolat garni grand format (20 cm de haut).
The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.
Workshop description:
You will learn :

- à tempérer du chocolat noir,
- à préparer et décorer votre moule à œuf,
- à réaliser un croustillant praliné pour garnir votre œuf,
- à réaliser la friture chocolatée,
- à assembler votre bel œuf en chocolat.
Vous repartez avec votre création : un grand œuf en chocolat garni de croustillant praliné et de friture. Il se conservera jusqu’à Pâques 😉
