Adult Workshop – Personalized Letter Cake – Vanilla & Fruit

Do you like baking and are you creative? I offer you a technical and fun workshop: make your own vanilla Letter Cake with the fruit of your choice!

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips on the basics of the shortcrust pastry letter cake (letter of your choice),
  • to make a vanilla diplomat cream that holds its shape,
  • to make a creamy fruit filling of your choice (I will contact you by email),
  • to make shortcrust pastry decorations,
  • to make small meringues in the color of your choice,
  • to pipe using a piping bag
  • to assemble and decorate your Letter Cake
• You leave with your personalized letter cake and the recipe.
