Adult workshop - Santa Claus macaroons

Ho ho ho! Do you hear it like me? Santa is getting ready to descend into the workshop!

More seriously, if you want to learn how to make delicious macarons to the highest standards, with festive decorations, you’ve come to the right place!

I propose a workshop on Father Christmas macarons, with the flavors of Christmas spices.

This workshop is open to beginners as well as more experienced participants, from the age of 14 onwards.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• to make Father Christmas macarons using an Italian meringue,
• to macarone correctly,
• all the steps to make your macarons succeed and how to organize them,
• tips for smooth hulls and a beautiful collar,
• use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and their filling
• to make a whipped cream with Christmas spices
• to decorate your macarons shells

• you can choose the color of your macaroons
