I propose a new workshop Black forest, in version revisited.
This workshop is open to beginners and more experienced pastry chefs aged 14 and over.
You will learn :
- to make a cocoa sponge cake
- how to make Amarena cherry syrup (with or without alcohol)
- to create tempered chocolate decorations
- to whip up a whipped cream
- to poach the whipped cream for a modern, geometric look worthy of a pastry store!
You'll leave with your creation and the recipe.
Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
