Adult workshop - Black forest revisited

After the success of the first edition, I'd like to invite you to a 2nd workshop on the theme of Black forest, in version revisited.

This workshop is open to beginners and more experienced pastry chefs aged 14 and over.

You will learn :

• to make a cocoa sponge cake
• how to make Amarena cherry syrup (with or without alcohol)
• create geometric designs in tempered chocolate
• to whip up a whipped cream
• to poach the whipped cream for a modern, geometric look
