The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.
Workshop description:
You will learn :

- all the steps and tricks involved in making the dreaded puff pastry,
- how to make an FDP, detail it and bake it correctly,
- to make a creamy caramel,
- to make gourmet cookies during the growing season,
You leave with your creations: your own puff pastry brioche, cookies and a tempera to practice on the next day 😉
Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
