Adult Workshop – Large white chocolate egg

Special workshop for chocolate lovers!

I am taking advantage of the Easter period to offer you the chance to make your own large-scale filled chocolate egg (20 cm high).

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • to temper white chocolate,
  • to prepare and decorate your egg mold with multiple colors,
  • to make a gianduja and puffed rice crunch, Kinder Country style, as a filling for your egg,
  • to make the chocolate fry,
  • to assemble your beautiful chocolate egg.

You leave with your creation: a large chocolate egg filled with crispy gianduja and molded chocolates.

Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
