Adult Workshop – Vanilla Raspberry Millefeuille

Special puff pastry workshop! If you are a fan of puff pastry and want to learn how to make your own mille-feuille, this workshop is for you!

You will carry out all the steps of your vanilla and raspberry mille-feuille.

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips for the much-dreaded puff pastry,
  • to make a puff pastry, cut it out, and bake it correctly,
  • to make a smooth vanilla diplomat cream,
  • to make a raspberry compote for a tangy touch,
  • to assemble your mille-feuille

You'll leave with your creation and the recipe.

Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
