Do you love baking and want to go one step further by making this magnificent strawberry cake?

You've come to the right place! During this workshop, you'll make your own strawberry shortcake, learning to master the essential textures and techniques for a result that's as beautiful as it is delicious.

This workshop is open to beginners and more experienced pastry chefs aged 14 and over.

You will learn to :

✅ Making a soft sponge cake
✅ Prepare a creamy vanilla diplomat's cream that holds its shape
✅ Making a soaking syrup
✅ Assemble your strawberry plant the right way
✅ Decorate your strawberries

You'll leave with your creation and the recipe.

Small groups for maximum quality: 4 places maximum.
