Adult Workshop – Pistachio Morello Cherry Cream Puff

Do you like baking, or want to learn, and want to know all the secrets to making beautiful Pistachio Cherry cream puffs?

This workshop is for you! It's suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips to make a success of your choux pastry
  • make choux pastry with the perfect texture
  • to poach your cabbage
  • to make a cracker
  • to make a griotte cherry diplomat cream,
  • to fill and decorate your cream puffs with pistachio praline (oh yes!) and a pistachio ganache prepared in advance

🎁 You'll leave with your choux and the recipe for making them again at home!
