Adult Workshop – Homemade Snickers

You are a fan of the chocolate-caramel-peanut combination and you want to learn how to make candy bars like Snickers ?

This workshop is for you!

A truly irresistible snack, extremely indulgent!

This adult workshop is open to everyone, whether you're a beginner or an amateur pastry chef looking to perfect your technique. Minimum age 14.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • to make a peanut praline,
  • to make a crispy milk chocolate base,
  • to caramelize peanuts very easily,
  • to assemble, coat, and decorate your chocolate bars.

A soft caramel will be made beforehand to respect the timing, but it will be explained 🙂

🎁 You leave with your homemade Snickers and the recipe to make them again at home!
