Adult Workshop – Raspberry Lemon Cream Puffs

This workshop is for you! It's suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips for making successful choux pastry,
  • to make a choux pastry with the perfect texture,
  • to poach your cabbage
  • to make a cracker
  • to make a whipped raspberry ganache and a lemon gel,
  • to fill and decorate your cream puffs

🎁 You'll leave with your choux and the recipe for making them again at home!
