This workshop is for you! It's suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips to make a success of your choux pastry
  • make choux pastry with the perfect texture
  • to poach your cabbage
  • to make a cracker
  • to make a chocolate cream
  • to garnish your choux
  • and finally to decorate them. A whipped ganache will be prepared beforehand for the final decoration using a piping bag.
