Adult Workshop – Blueberry Macarons

Would you like to learn how to make delicious macarons the right way?

I suggest a seasonal combination with a delicious blueberry filling!

This workshop is for ages 14 and up.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• to make an Italian meringue,
• a macaron maker with the macaronage technique,
• all the steps you need to make a success of your macaroons,
• tips for smooth hulls and a beautiful collar,
• use a piping bag to poach the macaroons and their filling
• to make a blueberry compote and a whipped blueberry ganache.

The little plus :

• you can choose the color of your macaroons
