Adult workshop - Black forest revisited

I propose a new workshop Black forest, in version revisited.

This workshop is open to beginners and more experienced pastry chefs aged 14 and over.

You will learn :

• to make a cocoa sponge cake
• how to make Amarena cherry syrup (with or without alcohol)
• to create tempered chocolate decorations
• to whip up a whipped cream
• to poach the whipped cream for a modern, geometric look worthy of a pastry store!

What the price includes:

• Price for an adult
• You leave with your creation and the recipe
• Everything is provided, so all you have to do is reserve your place and bring your good mood 😉
