This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • to make a soft biscuit,
  • to make a raspberry insert,
  • to make a vanilla bavaroise,
  • to assemble your Christmas cookies (the technique of assembling entremets)
  • to decorate and embellish your cookies.

It is possible to freeze them immediately after the workshop and to take them out for Christmas.
