Adult Workshop – Edible Brains (Halloween trompe l’œil)

Do you love Halloween and shiver with delight?

I suggest we make delicious, crunchy brains in trompe-l'œil! You will make mini vanilla and strawberry entremets.

=> For teens/adults 14 and up.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• to make a strawberry insert that will be the centerpiece of your little brains,
• to make a super-soft red velvet cookie,
• how to assemble mini entremets,
• to create cerebral decorations using sugar paste, as well as a bloody topping,

🎁 You'll leave with your brains and the recipe for making them at home!
