No, the order is validated only after payment has been received. If you have not paid before, your order will not be validated and therefore not prepared.
Yes, just drop off your payment beforehand, and make up the balance for cash payment.

You can collect your order from my workshop at 54 rue des anémones 88100 in Sainte-Marguerite, at a time agreed in advance.
Your order will be confirmed once we have agreed a collection date and payment has been made.
Working on my own and running the pastry workshops in parallel, I can only carry out a certain number of orders at the same time, which is why I manually validate each request.
