Children's Workshop – Mini Lemon Meringue Pie

Does your child love to bake and want to take it further by learning new techniques? This mini lemon meringue pie workshop will be full of learning (and flavors!)

Your child will make a shortcrust pastry with different shapes, a lemon curd, and an Italian meringue, all while learning how to use a piping bag!

This workshop is designed for children aged between 8 and 13.

Workshop description:

On the program, your child will learn :

• • to make a shortcrust pastry,
  • how to make a zesty lemon cream
  • to make an Italian meringue with me
  • to pipe and decorate her mini lemon meringue pies
• Your child is leaving with their mini lemon meringue pies and the recipe
• Small group for maximum quality.
