You will learn :

- make choux pastry with the perfect texture
- to poach your cabbage
- to make a cracker
- à réaliser une crème chocolat
- to garnish your choux
- et enfin à les décorer. Une ganache montée sera préparée en amont pour la décoration finale à la poche à douille.
