The DUO workshop is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.
Workshop description:
You will learn :

- how to make shortcrust pastry to perfection,
- to make a soft lychee cream,
- to make a soft cookie (with almonds, let me know if you'd like a nut-free version)
- to make a rose and raspberry poaching cream,
- assemble and decorate your tart (don't forget your pastry bag!)
- You'll leave with your Rose Framboise Litchi tart
- Price for 1 duo (from age 14)
- Everything is provided, so all you have to do is reserve your place and come along in good spirits.
