Parent and child workshop - Choux Fraise Pandan

Would you like to bake a duo with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.) and make delicious strawberry and pandan-flavored choux pastries?

I'd like to introduce you to pandan, a plant from South-East Asia whose juice tastes of almond and vanilla. The strawberry adds freshness, for a well-balanced taste.

They're so cute, they'll be hard to resist!

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tips to make a success of your choux pastry
  • make choux pastry with the perfect texture
  • to poach your cabbage
  • to make a cracker
  • how to make a pandan poaching cream
  • to make strawberry compote
  • to garnish your choux

• Small groups for maximum quality: 4 duos maximum
