Parent and child workshop - Cervelles à croquer (Halloween trompe l'oeil)

Do you love Halloween and shiver with delight?
Would you like to bake a duo with your child (or niece, grandson, etc.)?

Let's make some delicious trompe l'oeil brains! We're going to make mini strawberry vanilla entremets.

This workshop is designed for adult/child duo from age 7 to 13.

Workshop description

You will learn :

• to make a strawberry insert that will be the centerpiece of your little brains,
• to make a super-soft red velvet cookie,
• how to assemble mini entremets,
• to create cerebral decorations using sugar paste, as well as a bloody topping,

🎁 You'll leave with your brains and the recipe for making them at home!
