Adult Workshop - Flaky Brioche & Cookies

The course is suitable for beginners and more experienced adults aged 14 and over.

Workshop description:

You will learn :

• • all the steps and tricks involved in making the dreaded puff pastry,
  • how to make an FDP, detail it and bake it correctly,
  • to make a creamy caramel,
  • to make gourmet cookies during the growing season,
• You leave with your creations: your own puff pastry brioche, cookies and a tempera to practice on the next day 😉
